The 3-day Cordillera Huayhuash Trek is a condensed yet unforgettable adventure through one of the world’s most stunning mountain ranges. Day 1: Depart from Huaraz for a 6-7 hour drive to the trailhead, followed by a 3-4 hour hike (8 km) to the Carhuacocha campsite (4,100m).

Day 2: Trek to the Siula Lakes viewpoint (4,800m) and continue for 15 km to the Huayhuash campsite (4,300m).

Day 3: Ascend the Portachuelo Pass (5,000m), optional visit to the Mirador Lakes, and trek 12 km to camp at Guñoc (4,400m), renowned for its hot springs, which are among the warmest and most beautiful in Peru. From here, take an 8-9 hour drive back to Huaraz or Lima.
