Day 01: Huaraz – Collon – Ishinca Valley Base Camp

On the first day we will travel by transfer from Huaraz to Collon. From here we begin the trek to Ishinca Base Camp, which will take 5-6 hours.

Day 02: Ishinca  Base Camp – Summit – Base Camp 6-8 hours

On the second day we will get up early to climb from the base camp to the summit of  Ishinca. After spending some time on the top to take in the views we will descend back to the base camp. In total it will take c.6-8 hours, depending on the fitness levels of the group.

Day 03: Ishinca Base Camp – Tocllaraju Camp

On the third day we will trek from the Ishinca Base Camp to the Tocllaraju Camp 1, at 5,200m. This will take around 4-5 hours.

Day 04: Tocllaraju Camp 1 – Tocllaraju Summit – Camp 1

From the camp we will set off early to summit Tocllaraju, at 6,043m. We will then descend back down to Camp 1 to spend the night.

Day 05: Tocllaraju Camp 1 – Ishinca Valley Base Camp

On the fifth day we will return to the Ishinca Valley Base Camp, to spend the night there.

Day 06: Ishinca Base Camp – Collon – Huaraz

On the final day we will trek back to Collon and then take our transfer back to Huaraz.

 

  • 3 Meals per day + 2 snacks.
